Through this application you are applying to become a Direct Seller/Independent Distributor of Galway's products. You are not being offered any job. You are not becoming an agent. You will not get any fixed salary. You can earn retail profit by selling company's products or commission as per company's business plan.

Galway is a direct selling company. The company does not charge any cost for becoming a direct seller. This is totally free.

Apart from the price of the product, the company does not take any extra money from anyone in any name.

Cooling off period: You can cancel/surrender the distributorship within 20 days from the date of application and you can get a full refund by returning the entire stock purchased, provided the products you are returning are in resaleable condition needed.

Direct Seller Contract

This Direct Seller Contract is entered between Leadvision Trading (India) Private Limited (CIN: U24290DL2022PTC403736), a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at A-1/175, Main Najafgarh Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 and the Applicant, for the Direct Seller Registration to undertake direct sales as an Independent Contractor on principal to principal basis.

Galway subject to upload and submission of the digitally signed and completed Direct Selling Application Form and scrutiny of all necessary uploaded KYC Documents, receipt of Sponsor’s and Upline’s consent, accepts the applicant’s offer to become a Direct Seller of Galway, as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein below which together with the Direct Selling Manual viz. Galway Direct Seller Rules and Regulations, policies and Galway Sales and Marketing Plan constitutes the entire Direct Seller Contract.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with Direct Seller Application Form.

1. Definitions:-
- a) Company: shall mean Leadvision Trading (India) Private Limited (also referred to as “Galway”).
- b) Applicant: shall mean a natural person who is applying for Direct Seller Registration to sell Galway products and whose name, particulars and signature appears in the Direct Seller Application Form.
- c) Products: shall mean the goods and services marketed and sold by the Company bearing distinctive identification mark or trademark.
- d) Direct Seller: shall mean an Applicant whose Direct Seller Application Form has been duly accepted by the Company and who has been allotted a Unique Identification Code (U.I. Code), to purchase and sell Products directly to customers and sponsor more direct sellers in his sales-network team. A Direct Seller is also referred as Distributor or Independent Consultant.
- e) Sponsor: shall mean an existing Direct Seller who sponsors a new applicant to be a Direct Seller of the Company and whose name appears on the new applicant's Direct Seller Application Form as the Sponsor.
- f) Incentive: refers to the earnings of a Direct Seller as per the incentive system mentioned in the Sales and Marketing Plan of the Company to which a Direct Seller is entitled. Incentive is also referred as Bonus or Commission.
- g) Cooling-off Period: shall mean the period (as mentioned in the Sales and Marketing Plan) starting from the date of receipt of the Unique Identification Code (U.I. Code), within which any new Direct Seller is entitled to terminate the Contract and get full refund against all the returned inventory of saleable products.
- h) Saleable: shall mean products which are in original packaging, unopened & unused, marketable, having reasonable remaining shelf-life and are not seasonal, discontinued or special promotion offer products.
- i) Direct Selling Manual: shall mean and include all documents forming part of the Direct Selling Contract viz. (a) Direct Seller Application and Agreement Form (b) Direct Seller Declaration (c) Sponsor Consent (d) Upline Consent (e) Galway Direct Seller Rules and Regulations (f) Galway Code of Ethics, policies etc. (g) Galway Sales and Marketing Plan (h) Galway Product Manual, by whatever named called and as amended from time to time. The company shall notify such amendments on its website www.galway.in or on its Mobile Application.
- j) Network: shall mean the team of Direct sellers under one’s group formed by sponsoring of Direct sellers, both directly and indirectly.
- k) Downline: shall mean the Direct Sellers in one’s network / group.
- l) Upline Leader: refers to the first active Direct Seller bearing the rank of ED or above and all successive leaders in the upper hierarchy of the network who had directly or indirectly sponsored the sponsor of the respective Direct sellers Directly or indirectly.
- m) Preferred Customer: refers to a customer who purchase the products of Company from Franchisee or Galway Shop or Company’s store or website but who is not a registered Direct Seller of the Company.
2. Relation between Parties
On acceptance of the Direct Seller Application Form by the Company, the Applicant will become an independent Direct Seller who will be responsible for his own business to purchase and sell Products on his own account having the status of an Independent Contractor.

The Agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to create a relationship of employer-employee, agency, legal representative, partnership or joint venture between the Direct Seller and the Company or between the Direct Seller and the Sponsor.

A Direct Seller will purchase the products directly from the Company or its authorized outlets and sell the same to customers’/end users.

A Direct Seller can sponsor more direct sellers to expand his sales network. In doing so, the direct seller is required to fulfill his obligations as a sponsor under this agreement, as contained under the clause Sponsor’s responsibilities.
3. Term
This Direct Selling Agreement/Contract shall remain valid and shall continue to remain in full force from the date of the contract and till / unless terminated by either Party as per the Rules and Regulations, or as given herein below under the Termination Clause.
4. Responsibilities of a Direct Sellers:
- a) The Direct Seller shall sell the Product for a price, not exceeding the Maximum Retail Price mentioned on the labels, not below the purchase price, nor he will amend, modify or tamper the original packing, label, seal or mark of the products.
- b) b. The Direct Seller shall, during the validity of the Contract, strictly adhere to all the applicable laws, rules, regulations and other legal obligations including the statutory Direct Selling Rules and Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and various States and shall secure all applicable registrations, licenses, approvals or authorizations, to sell the products and carry out his own business as a Direct Seller, including proper accounting of the transactions, filing of Tax Returns, all of which can be checked or verified by Galway or its authorized representatives.
- c) Direct Sellers shall:
  - (i) Carry their Identity Card while they visit consumer’s premises with prior appointment/ approval.
  - (ii) Truthfully identify themselves and state the purpose of the meeting to their prospective consumer or Direct Seller, disclose their relationship with Galway & its identity, provide complete information, explanation or description of the products and services, its usage & price, terms of payment, return policies and business opportunity being offered including complaint redressal mechanism.
  - (iii) provide an invoice or receipt to the consumer against the products sold as per applicable GST norms.
  - (iv)shall ensure that products are purchased by him only from the sales outlets of the company or ordered online through its electronic portal Galwaykart.com or its authorized representatives like Galway franchisee, Galway shop etc., strictly against payment to such entities alone and obtain a valid invoice and product delivery. The company is in no way responsible for payments made/ deposited by direct sellers with any other person for the purchase of products or for non-receipt of PV or BV against such purchases/ payments.
- d) Direct Sellers shall not:
  - (i) Use misleading, deceptive or unfair trade practices for either the sale of products to customers or misrepresent the business opportunity to prospective direct sellers with potential, wrong earning claims or promises that cannot be fulfilled or will receive profits or revenues without substantial effort on his own behalf.
  - (ii) Encourage other Galway Direct Sellers to purchase Galway products or services in unreasonably large quantities which they are not reasonably expected to sell or carry large inventory of products.
  - (iii)Provide or Circulate any literature and/or training material, which does not belong to or authorized by Galway.
  - (iv) Require prospective or existing direct sellers to purchase any products, literature or training material as a condition precedent for appointment as Direct Seller.
  - (v)Make any misleading, unfair, inaccurate, or disparaging comparisons, claims, representations, or statements about the company, its products, services, or commercial activities; or of other persons, other companies (including competitors); their products; or their commercial activities.
  - (vi) Misrepresent the Direct Seller agreement and its associated business opportunity as an independent contractor to that of a contract of employment with the company or any of its affiliates or business partners or as a contract for offering employment/ providing jobs or payment of fixed remuneration or salary, nor the same can be construed as a contract of agency or partnership.
5. Responsibilities of Direct Seller as a Sponsor:
- a. A direct seller who wishes to become a sponsor of another direct seller acknowledges that he knows the applicant in person and can take responsibility of their acts and conduct.
- b. He shall apprise him of the terms and conditions of the direct selling business and agrees to provide bonafide training, supervision and assistance to the applicant.
- c. He shall personally verify KYC proofs i.e Photo, Address Proof like Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID of the Prospective Direct Seller and provide Sponsor consent to the Direct Seller Agreement.
- d. He shall ensure that Direct Seller in his Sale Team Network must not compel or induce, or mislead any person with any false statement(s) / promise(s) or misconduct to purchase products from the Company or to become Direct Seller of the Company. If the Company finds any such wrongdoing that causes damage to the name, goodwill and business reputation of the Company, then the compensation for such damage and other loss(es) will be recovered from his incentive" as a Sponsor or as Upline.
- e. A sponsor shall explain the entire Direct Seller Agreement to the prospective direct sellers before sponsoring them in his sales network and elaborate on the material terms of the contract like Cooling off period, Refund Policy, Buyback policy, product satisfaction guarantee offered to customers, sales and marketing plan and complaint redressal system of the company, before they apply as a direct seller.
6. Responsibilities of Direct Seller as one’s Upline
- (i) As upline leader Direct Seller shall ensure that the business and sales activities of his downline teams are carried out as per the Terms and Condition of Galway Direct Seller Agreement and Galway Rules and Regulations. To this effect the nearest active upline shall necessarily verify every sponsoring in his network and ensure that the Direct Sellers are duly appointed by their respective sponsors.
- (ii) If the Company finds any wrongdoing that causes damage to the name, goodwill and business reputation of the Company, then the compensation for such damage and other loss(es) will be recovered proportionately from the Uplines.
- (iii) As upline leader, Direct Seller is fully responsible, accountable and liable for misconduct by downline direct sellers in his network viz. misrepresentation, wrongdoing, misguiding, fraud, or violation of Company Norms, Policies etc. In such cases the Company is entitled to take any action including but not limited to the following actions: -
- a. Termination or Suspension of Direct Seller Contract and ID and;
- b. Forfeiture of Direct Seller’s Incentive and;
- c. Forfeiture of Future Dues, Benefits occurring to the Direct Seller, if any and;
- d. Any Other Punitive or Disciplinary action
7. Rights and Obligations of Galway:
- (i)Galway reserves full and absolute right, at any point of time, to withheld or suspend Direct Seller’s /distributor’s benefits including but not limited to incentives, commissions, rewards, special entitlements etc. in case of violation of the Contract or Rules and Regulation and an enquiry has been initiated against him and a show cause notice (SCN) or Intimation of Enquiry has been served on him.
- (ii)Logos, trademarks, copyrights, service marks, Product names, and other tangible or intangible commercial assets, registered or otherwise, videotapes, stationeries, printed materials, contents of website, mobile apps provided and related to Galway are the properties of Galway which should not be used, extracted or reproduced by any Direct Seller contrary to the norms mentioned in the Rules and Regulations and other documents of Direct Sales Manual.
- (iii)Galway shall make its products available for sale to Direct Sellers.
- (iv)Galway shall provide trainings and make available training and business support materials.
- (v)Galway shall pay the incentives as per the incentive system set forth in the Sales & Marketing Plan and provide periodic statement of earnings.
- (vi)Galway shall make arrangements to ensure that all information of direct sellers or its customers are safeguarded and dealt with as per the terms of its confidentiality and privacy policy as mentioned in the Rules and Regulations.
8. Restriction on Sale of Products: Products are strictly prohibited from being sold or exhibited in grocery shops, stores, mini-markets / supermarkets, military stores, trade fair or through electronic retail without prior written approval of Galway. Product purchased by the Direct Seller shall be for the purpose of personal consumption and/or sale to end customer only.
9. Product Warranty: Galway offers high quality products to every customer. If the products purchased by the direct seller or customers have any manufacturing defect the company guarantees replacement.
10. Product Return Policy: In case a customer is not satisfied with the product(s), it is the obligation of the Direct Seller to replace the product(s) or refund the amount paid, provided the same is returned within 30 days’ from the date of purchase and the returned product(s) are in saleable condition.
11. Buy-Back: In case a Direct Seller terminates his contract and surrenders his distributorship then all unsold products which are in saleable condition can be returned to the Company against refund after deduction of minimum handling charges as provided under the rules. There won’t be any handling charges against product purchased within the cooling off period.
12. Special Rewards and Entitlement: Direct Seller during the term of this agreement may qualify for rewards programs issued by Company from time to time by whatever named called e.g. Travel, Car, House Bonus/Funds etc. These funds shall not be treated as incentive or commission till disbursed as per the rules. The same cannot be redeemed or monetized in case of resignation/termination of Direct Seller and it shall stands forfeited/lapsed. No claim shall lie on the company post termination / resignation for any such rewards or bonuses accumulated with a direct seller.
13. Termination of the Direct Seller Contract:
- a. A Direct Seller may terminate his Direct Seller Business by submitting a signed notice of termination to the Company. The termination shall become effective only when accepted by Galway.
- b. Galway may terminate the Direct Seller Contract forthwith in case(s):
  - (i) If in the Company’s opinion, the Direct Seller breaches any of the Terms and Conditions of Direct Selling Contract, Direct Seller registration requirement and/or Direct Selling guidelines, rules as notified from time to time by Govt. and as applicable.
  - (ii) If the Direct Seller deliberately/ fraudulently makes any misrepresentation of the Galway business.
  - (iii) If the Direct Seller does not purchase any products from the company in the month of enrollment and its subsequent month.
  - (iv) If the Direct Seller promotes the business of any other Direct selling entity, either directly or indirectly
  - (v) Galway shall also have the right to terminate this contract by giving 30 days’ notice in writing, if the Direct Seller fails to make any purchase or sale of Galway products for a consecutive period exceeding 12 months or as mentioned under the rules.
  - (vi) Galway may from time to time amend any of the documents comprising the Direct Seller Contract through notice on its website, www.galway.in. If the Direct Seller does not agree to be bound by such amendment(s), he/she/they may terminate the Direct Seller Contract with immediate effect by giving a written notice to Galway. Otherwise, the Direct Seller’s continued relationship with Galway constitutes an afﬁrmative acknowledgment by the Direct Seller of the amendment(s), and his/her/their agreement to be bound by the same.
14. Indemnification: Direct Seller will indemnify and hold harmless Galway, its directors, officials, and employees from any and all claims, damages or lawsuits arising out of negligence or malfeasant acts of Direct Seller or misrepresentation or breach of any obligation under this Direct Seller Contract.
15. Responsibility for Damages: Company shall have the right to receive damages from Direct Seller for direct loss arising from a breach of contract, third party claims or legal suits or which is caused by as a result of Direct Seller’s fault or negligence, misrepresentation, malfeasant acts.
16. No Assignment: This Direct Seller Contract is entered into a personal basis. Except as provided in the Rules, Direct Seller shall not assign or delegate any rights or obligations hereunder without first obtaining the written consent of Galway. Galway may assign its rights under this Contract to any entity that assumes the Company’s obligations hereunder in connection with any sale or transfer of all or a substantial portion of the Company’s assets to such entity.
17. Severability: If any provision of the Agreement, in its current form or as may be amended, is found to be invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, only the invalid portion(s) of the provision shall be severed and the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as if such invalid, or unenforceable provision never comprised a part of the Agreement.
18. Limitation on Liability: Galway’s liability, whether in contract, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Direct Seller Contract shall not exceed the less of: (a) actual damages or loss assessed by the arbitrator or any other dispute resolution arrangement adopted by the both the Parties, or; (b) the total incentive earned by the Direct Seller during the preceding six months of the date of the dispute.
19. Waiver: The waiver by the Company of any breach or non-enforcement by the Company of any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall not prevent the subsequent enforcement of the Term or Condition and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
20. Notices: All notices to be served under the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall be sent by speed post or registered post or registered e-mail ID to the last known address and e-mail Id of the addressee.
21. Governing Law: The Direct Seller Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
22. Dispute Settlement & Arbitration:
- i) The parties shall strive to settle any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance, or in connection with this Contract through mutual agreement and negotiation;
- (ii) In case no settlement can be reached through consultation within 60 days, or the Direct seller is not satisﬁed by any decision of Galway, or in the event that any issue raised by the Direct seller has remained unresolved for a period of more than 60 days, shall be referred to Grievance Redressal Committee set up by the company.
- (iii) Any dispute, difference or claim remaining unresolved post 45 days from reference date to the Grievance Redressal Committee shall be submitted to the Single Arbitrator appointed by Galway under the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of such arbitration shall be at New Delhi and the award of the Arbitrator shall be ﬁnal and binding on all Parties.
- (iv) The Arbitral award may be submitted to courts at New Delhi and New Delhi shall alone have jurisdiction in relation to the Direct Seller Contract and matters connected here to.
23. Heading and Interpretation: The headings of this Contract are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Whenever required by the context of this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and masculine shall include the feminine.
24. Version Prevails:
In the event that a translation of this agreement is prepared and signed by the parties for the convenience of the Direct Seller, this English language version shall be the official version and shall govern, if there is a conflict.

* I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Direct Selling contract. I understand that the Terms and conditions of the Direct Seller contract together with the Galway Direct Seller Rules and Regulations and Sales and Marketing Plan, constitutes the entire Direct Selling Contract. Before completing and signing this application form, I Acknowledge that I have gone through the Galway Business Presentation, about its free joining policy, incentive system provided in the Sales and Marketing Plan, Product refund and return policy, Product purchase and buyback policy and I agree to be bound by all of them.

1. I understand that Leadvision Trading (India) Private Limited registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office in Delhi.
2. I Understand that Galway is engaged in the Sale and Marketing of FMCG products in multiple categories like personal care, skin care, homecare, nutrition, plant growth activators etc.
3. I Understand that Direct Selling envisages an alternate distribution channel for the sale and marketing of products and services through direct sellers in non-store retail format.
4. I understand that Direct sellers are independent contractors who purchase products from the company at wholesale prices and sell it to customers at retail.
5. I understand that All incentive paid by the company are factored on product sales. No income or incentive is paid solely for the act of recruitment. Galway business opportunity is not an investment scheme, money collection or circulation scheme, recruitment scheme to make easy money or money circulation.
6 I understand that Galway business opportunity is an invitation of offer to individuals to join as a Direct Seller to promote its direct selling business. There is no requirement or pre-requisite to purchase any sales aid or products of Galway for becoming a Direct Seller.
7. I understand that Direct Seller Application Form and Agreement is free of any charge.
8. I declare that that I am above 18 years as on date of submission of the Online Direct Seller Application and Agreement form.
9. I state that I am legally eligible and qualified to do the Direct Seller business in India and to enter into a business agreement with Galway.
10. I state that I have no criminal history viz. there are no criminal cases pending against me where I have been convicted, a charge sheet stands issued or there is any pending FIR against me.
11. I state that there are no bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding pending against me.
12. I state that my sponsor bearing Direct Seller ID #11111 has explained me all the material terms of the agreement in my mother tongue and I have personally gone through the entire agreement before its submission. I have signed / affixed signature only after understanding all the terms and conditions of the Direct Seller Agreement.
13. I confirm that I know my sponsor and I have full faith in him to guide me in my business prospects as an Independent Direct Seller to sell Galway Products and Services and develop my network.
14. I understand that I have applied for becoming a Direct Seller of Leadvision Trading (India) Private Limited (Company). I agree that after my Direct Seller Application is submitted in the Online Portal of Galway, a provisional Direct Seller Code stands allotted to me and I can purchase the products at a discounted prices and can sell it further to customers as per the sales and marketing plan of the company. I understand that presently, I have been granted a limited, temporary revocable right to buy and sell Galway Products till the Application is duly verified and accepted by the Company, which is also subject to Sponsor’s and Upline’s consent.
15. I understand and agree that Company is not offering or providing any employment, Job, salary, fixed income to me either permanent nor temporary.
16. I understand that by submitting this application, I am not becoming Company’s agent, partner, employee or representative etc. I am only becoming an Independent Direct Seller to sell Company Product under Direct Selling Model/System.
17. I understand and agree that Company is not charging any fee/money from me for becoming a Direct Seller or in the name of any service or otherwise. If any person asks for any kind of fee from me in the name of the Company, offering Jobs etc. or in the name of anyone else, then I will not give any money to him/her and report such incident to the Company immediately on Customer Care Number and E-mail. However, if I still pay any such unauthorized fee/money by whatever name, I will be solely responsible for the same. Company will not be held responsible for my wrongful act.
18. I confirm that I have provided true and correct details in this Application Form, proper signature KYC documents (i.e. Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID PAN Card etc.).
19. I do understand and agree that Acceptance of this Direct Seller Application Form is at the sole discretion of Company. Wrong / Incorrect submission of KYC, or Incorrect Information filled by me in the Form will lead to cancellation of Provisional ID and forfeiture of all benefits.
20.I understand and agree that the Contact details i.e. Mobile Number and E-mail Id provided by me in this Application Form is recorded by the Company and considered as my registered contact details until amended / updated by me. I take the full responsibility in securing my passwords and unauthorized access to my Mobile and E-mail Id.
21. I understand and agree that my information may be used in accordance with Galway Privacy Policy.
22. I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for all links, SMS, notices, transaction details etc. and communication exchanged through my registered contact details and I will be accountable to keep a check on the same. Any misuse done through registered contact details is my sole responsibility.
23. I understand and agree that Company upon acceptance of my Direct Seller Registration Form will send important links on my registered contact details which may contain Orientation Program (Company Introduction, business guidelines, Application Form Terms and Conditions), Company Sale and Marketing Plan, Rules and Regulations, Product Training and Website Details and Trainings etc. in multi languages through which I can understand my business in-detail.
24. I understand and agree that after becoming Direct Seller of the Company, I am entitled to view and attend all training programs offered by Company either in Video Format or PDF available on its Website www.galway.in including Direct Seller Orientation Program, Product Refund and Return Policy, Product Purchase and Buy Back Policy, Sales and Marketing Plan. Incentive Policy etc. I will view all of these within 20 days’ which is called as “Cooling off period” (i.e. 20 Days from the date of Joining). In case I decide to quit/terminate the business contract I can do the same. During the Cooling-Off period, I can return all unsold inventory purchased during the first 20 days from the date of joining which are in a saleable condition against full refund without any deduction and get my I.D terminated.
25. I understand and agree that Company has provided me a right to sponsor New Direct Sellers and to create a sales team of Direct Sellers subject to Sponsor’s and Upline’s consent.
26. I understand and agree that Company provides me authority to accept or reject Prospective Direct Sellers who in future want to join in my Network of Direct Seller Team (also called “Sale Team”).
27. I agree to impart training to every existing and prospective Direct Seller who wishes to join my Network or Sales Team about Company’s Business, Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, Sale and Marketing Plan, Product Detail, Working Method, business training etc.
28. I confirm that I have read/viewed, understood and agreed to the Galway Direct Selling Business Opportunity Program/meeting of the Company.
29. I hereby affirm, confirm and declare that I have read and I have been explained in my vernacular language, the aforesaid declaration contents and the nature of Direct Selling Business with Galway.
30. I understand that the Incentive that I may earn on product sold by me and my sale team is described in the Sales and Marketing of Galway.
31. I understand that for the business which I will do in any month, I may receive incentives which will be made available to me on or before the last day of the subsequent month and payment there against will be received through Bank Transfer / e-points credit.
32. I understand that, all incentives will be paid after the deduction of statutory dues and taxes like TDS. (Tax Deduction at Source).
33. I understand that I have to submit valid invoice of my incentive entitlement under GST to the company, copy of GST and PAN registration under Income Tax Act as per the applicable statutory norms.
34. I understand that my Bank Account has to be in the same name as my KYC and Direct Seller name registered with the company.
35. I understand that I cannot sell Galway products for a price more than Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
36. I understand that Galway reserves the full and absolute right, at any point of time, even without any prior notice to change/vary/amend products, products price and IP. the Galway Distributorship Rules and Regulation, Code of Ethics, Sales & Marketing Plan, Rule of Conduct, Product presentation of company.
37. I have understood that Galway has the full and absolute right to suspend or terminate my Distributorship in case I do not comply with the rules and regulation, Code of Ethics, Sales & Marketing Plan, Rule of Conduct, Product presentation given on Galway’s Website.
38. I understand that I shall not be involved directly or indirectly (Including by proxy) in the promotion or activities of any other Direct Sales Company or any other activities that will bring negative effects to Galway.
39. I know that I can contact the Customer Care Centre of the Company for seeking the solution of problems related to my Galway Business. I can contact customer care from 10.30 AM to 6.00 PM (Sunday & other weekly off) or # (E-mail ID). The phone number is 011-46277200/201. It is important to take the complaint reference number after you register your complaint.
